Zoho has updated our Terms of Use on June 2, 2021. The changes relate to Zoho engaging third-party service providers as part of Zoho’s ongoing effort to improve the deliverability of email campaigns sent through Zoho Campaigns. Zoho has updated our Terms of Use to include the right for us to share the required information to third-party service providers engaged by us and to use information Zoho receives from such third-party service providers to develop and improve our automation tools.

Zoho has also made a few other changes to the Terms of Use that do not affect your rights in a significant way. To help you understand the exact changes made to the Terms of Use, Zoho has also provided you a version of the updated Terms of Use in track changes mode. Please note, the changes will take effect on July 5, 2021.

Using Zoho Campaigns beyond this date implies your consent to the updated Terms of Use. Of course, Zoho Campaigns will continue to help you realize your best marketing efforts.
