Zoho Rebranding Zoho MarketingHub To Zoho Marketing Automation
Zoho MarketingHub is now Zoho Marketing Automation.
There are no other changes made to the product’s features or functionality. Your existing integrations and automation remain intact.
Important: If you use the MarketingHub WordPress plugin, you must upgrade it to continue monitoring your customer activities.
Update Zoho Marketing Automation plugin for WordPress
(w.e.f 25th May 2021, Zoho MarketingHub has been rebranded to Zoho Marketing Automation. Before that date, users who installed the plugin are requested to update their plugin to the latest version of Zoho MarketingHub.)
In this article, we’ll see how you can update the Zoho Marketing Automation plugin in your WordPress account.
WordPress automatically checks for any available updates and prompts on the left menu. You can select and update all the available plugins at a time.
To update the Zoho Marketing Automation plugin:
1. Click Updates on the left menu.
2. Navigate to the Plugins section and select the Zoho Marketing Automation plugin.
3. Click Update Plugins.
Alternatively, you can also choose to update different plugins manually.
1. Mouse over Plugins and choose Installed Plugins.
2. Click update now in the available plugin.
These are the other few changes you will notice:
Zoho new website URL is https://zoho.com/marketingautomation
Access to the Zoho application is via https://ma.zoho.com or https://marketingautomation.zoho.com
Zoho’s Marketing Automation support email address is support@zohomarketingautomation.com. (Any email sent to support@zohomarketinghub.com will be forwarded to the new email address)
